SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Usually we use Pos Laju and J&T as our courier to ship the product. We ship the product on weekdays only which is Monday until Friday. For Cash On Delivery (COD), below 2 km will be no charge for delivery and for above 2 km, we will charge depends on the range of the location.

RETUN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If the product is damaged within five days, the customer can return to us the product but need to send evidence to us, for example a picture or video of that product. We will ship as soon as possible after we receive the product.
